You speak English fluently and have at minimum 15 years of experience working for Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive companies, have experience in metal-mechanical punch-press process, and has held the position of Production Manager at least the last five years, and have experience budgeting all the iusses related with the operations area.
Have experience handling unionized personnel.
The successful candidate must have experience applying Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
The successful candidate must have experience reporting to corporate in America o Europe, must have visa update.

Experience: 10 years of experience as Finance Manager.
This position will be responsible for the companys entire Finance and Accounting functions. In addition, your responsibilities will include preparing and accurately posting month end accounts, month end reporting, preparing the companys annual consolidation package for the parent company, budgeting and cash flow preparation, variance analysis, preparation of finance reports, taxation compliance and having dual reporting responsibilities to the local General Director and Regional Financial Controller.
You will also undertake balance sheet reconciliations and management of the fixed asset register. You will also liaise with external consultants, auditors and banks.
